In late-October, I will be re-opening Elvera's Cafe. It's taken a while, but I am excited to be back. Over the past few months, many people have stopped by to ask when I will be re-opening. The excitement surrounding this event has been comforting knowing the incredible support I get from my loyal customers.
The cafe will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM to start and will eventually add Monday and Friday. I will be focusing on amazing coffee selections (with foam art), tea and hot chocolate options along with bagels and breakfast pastries to complement your beverage choice. I will start slow with our lunch menu and offer select soups and sandwiches.
In re-opening, I am also launching my new website. I was chosen as part of a grant project through the Metro South Chamber of Commerce and qualified to have my website redesigned for my re-opening. I worked with Kerry Aglugub of KMA Web Design and Tricia White of T. White Creations on the design, content and strategy. I have a new online menu system which should make ordering and pick-up easier.
Stop by and enjoy your favorite beverage, meet a friend or use the free WiFi so you can get some work done. I look forward to getting back to our cool coffee vibe.
